Corbic and all associated software, design, branding, features, and services are owned exclusively by Corbic and its licensors. By creating an account or profile, you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership interest in Corbic, you do not receive any rights to Corbic’s intellectual property, and your account does not grant you equity, partnership, employment, or stakeholder status. Your access to the platform is provided solely as a limited, revocable license to use Corbic in accordance with these Terms.
You may submit information and content to Corbic, including profile details, business descriptions, images, posts, or messages (“User Content”). You understand and agree that you retain ownership of your User Content; however, by posting or uploading User Content, you grant Corbic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform. This license ends when your content is removed, except where Corbic is required to retain it for legal or operational purposes.
For clarity, you agree that posting content on Corbic does not give you ownership of the platform, creating a profile does not grant you proprietary rights over Corbic’s systems, features, or community, and Corbic may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms.
